1. Click on CONTACTS.
2. Using the drop-down arrow, select status ‘Invalid’
3. Click GO.
4. Click EDIT next to the contact you wish to update.
5. Update the contact’s email address.
6. Change the status from ‘invalid’ to ‘active’.
7. Click UPDATE CONTACT to save your changes.
